The Message of the Hour is God’s revealed Word for the time we are living in, calling the Elected of Christ back to the full faith of the first church and preparing her for the coming of the Lord. “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD” (Malachi 4:5), and “He shall turn the heart of the Children to the Fathers” (Malachi 4:6). This Message restores original truth, reveals Jesus Christ as the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and calls a people out of confusion into readiness for the rapture by the revelation of the Word.
The Bible promises that God would send a prophetic messenger before the coming of the Lord to restore the original faith of the first church. “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD” (Malachi 4:5), and “In the days of the voice of the seventh angel… the mystery of God should be finished” (Revelation 10:7). We believe this promise was fulfilled in the ministry of William Marrion Branham, who was sent to turn the hearts of the children back to the faith of the fathers, restore lost truths, and point the Bride of Christ back to the pure Word in preparation for the return of Jesus Christ.
The Last Days are the closing period of human history just before the return of Jesus Christ, when God’s Word is being fulfilled and His Spirit is calling out a prepared Bride. The Bible says, “In the last days… I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh” (Acts 2:17), and Jesus warned that these days would be like the days of Noah and Lot (Luke 17:26–30). It is a time of spiritual restoration, separation, and final preparation, when the true Church is being brought back to the full revelation of the Word and made ready for His coming.
The Bible teaches that there is one God, not three persons in a trinity. “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD” (Deuteronomy 6:4). God has revealed Himself in different offices and manifestations as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but He is one eternal Spirit, the same God working in different ways. “God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself” (2 Corinthians 5:19), showing that Jesus was not a second person of a trinity, but God Himself made flesh for our redemption.
The Bible does not say that Eve ate a literal apple, but speaks of “the fruit of the tree” (Genesis 3:3). Scripture shows that this “fruit” brought conception and death, for immediately after the fall Eve said, “I have gotten a man from the LORD” (Genesis 4:1), and God pronounced that conception would now come with sorrow (Genesis 3:16). This reveals the fall was not eating a piece of fruit, but an act of disobedience involving unlawful relations—spiritual and physical adultery.
The Serpent’s Seed, therefore, is not a natural apple seed, but the result of that deception, which brought a spirit of unbelief and opposition to God’s Word into the human race. “I will put enmity between thy seed and her Seed” (Genesis 3:15). Jesus later identified this as spiritual parentage when He said, “Ye are of your father the devil” (John 8:44). It is a conflict between the Seed of the Word and the seed of unbelief that continues through all ages until the final victory of Christ and His Bride.
